  Woke up this morning to a tv display that could not be changed, and then proceeded to try and fix things myself, which wasted 45 minutes, of course. Called Cox product support and got Eric on the line and 10-15 minutes later we were up and running normally. Eric was obviously well trained ( with a decade of working for Cox ) and expert in fixing things remotely. Great advertisement for Cox Communications and their Product Support team.   Worst experiences ever. Got a new phone, had them try to give me my old phone # of 10 years plus. Cat get into my apps phone won't connect with my cox device at home, disgusted. Got a wall plug with my purchase and snuck another one in for the commission boost. How do I know, heard the talk. Couldn't return it because I broke the plastic circle. Have seen numerous customers returning their equipment like a plague.

  We recently stopped in and got new phones and cable and internet services. We were taken care of primarily by Beatrice. She was absolutely amazing. She helped us find the best plan for what we were looking for. Her co-workers Manny and Aliana also stepped in to help the make the process more smooth and fast, in between their customers. It was all around a great experience.
