Since when is the call center only open Monday-Friday. Everything is automated, impossible to talk to a real person. If/when you do reach a real person, not knowledgeable and/or rude. I’ve had Cox for 9 or 10 years, literally never used a different company. Can’t believe it’s turned to crap

I am getting sick and tired of these outages we've been getting lately. It used to be that this would happen only when the weather was bad, but now it's almost every month. You're constantly raising our rates but you can't even be bothered to make sure our service runs properly. This is a joke

Tell me why I pay my monthly bill, and get my phone service cut off a week later?!? Then tried calling the store over 15 times just to never get an answer from the store, had to call customer support, but even they left me on hold for 10+ minutes, overall extremely dissatisfied with Cox as a whole, and ended up going to Verizon instead, I wouldn't waste my time here.
