  If you’re in Maurice, la. the service they provide is terrible not sure about other locations but when I say the service is always in and out mostly always out I’m not exaggerating. Been with cox for a few years and we have had this problem since the very beginning the only reason I am still with them is because they are the only provider for internet in that particular area otherwise I would have switched to AT&T long ago I was always happy with AT&T never had these problems. So if you’re looking for internet service don’t go with cox unless it’s your only option maybe by leaving this review they’ll try to do better but I doubt it honestly

  One of the worst ISP experiences I have ever encountered. Constant outages, constant packet drops often exceeding 50%, and speeds far below the advertised amount.
