    I have paid for iPhone 15s and switched to cox mobile and also paid for the insurance. My son’s phone got broke and paid the $100 to get a new one as well as the $10 a month for coverage. After his new phone came in I found a much much better deal at T Mobile and went to switch but they have his phone locked and said it’s company policy and I have to wait 90 days before they will unlock it to switch services. That’s Bullshit! I joined their service with MY PAID FOR PHONE AND PAID THE $10 insurance and the $100 fee!!! I had always used Cox service but will never again in my life. I’ll pay double to someone else before these crooks get another penny out of me!!!!!

    They wouldn't take my phone on return it was a 4g phone and I wanted a 5 g they fail to tell you that when you make a purchase. But the manager was trying to get the phone activated and he finally did and because I waited a long time he gave me a credit. Nice guy. High five to the manager.
