  If I could give 10 Stars I would! Selma the MOD at Wakefield was absolutely wonderful! She helped us set up 2 new lines on an existing account and get all set up. They were having technical difficulties on the back end with emails which delayed our process but to show appreciation for our patience, The Assistant Manager Peter offered to give us the first month of mobile free. Customer service at this location was a 10/10. Great personalities here too. Friendly staff and a clean store. They are also going to be helping us with transferring internet services when we move next week. We will definitely be coming back for any COX related needs.

  I most strongly recommend this store for your internet needs. I went in yesterday to set up internet service at a new residence and was impressed with the high level of customer service, attentiveness, and professionalism of every person working there. Max R. helped me with getting service set up, answering all my questions, providing me with information on potentially adding cable service in the future, and ensuring I was all set and had no further questions before thanking me for coming in and wishing me a good day. I got home with my router and set up was even easier than he made it seem; I was online within five minutes. Excellent store, excellent location, excellent in all regards. Thanks!

  I purchased coxs services for 5 days before I got to know my landlord has free internet services. Then I disconnected the service and returned all my equipment. They got a $50.00 deposit at the time of purchase. When I disconnected the service they mentioned that they will credit that amount to my account which I didn’t receive until today, I had to dispute the charge from my credit card account. Now I receive emails and text messages telling I have an outstanding bill to pay. I only used the service for 5 days and I have to pay $35.00 dollars. I am not going to do that payment. I highly recommend this service if you want to get stressed and frustrated about a service you never received at the first place.
