  Staff professional and very tuned to customer service. I first spoke with a trainee, Malik, and he was great. It's a good sign when trainees are this helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!

  Dwayne was probably one of the most pleasant experiences we've had out of all our dealings with cox. Professional, polite and understanding. We were extremely happy with the assistance he provided and he was able to solve our problem when the store in Edmond failed to do so. If their were more than 5 stars, he'd be getting all of them!

  This review has nothing to do with this specific store and everything to do with cox communications wifi as a whole. Only get this service if you want it to go down every other weekend and not be able to enjoy your weekend streaming/gaming whatever it may be. The price is ridiculous compared to AT&T especially compared to the service you get. We would have AT&T if our area had it available, I had no issue with them EVER and was paying less. I wouldn’t recommend cox wifi to my worst enemy.

  I stopped by on Friday, July 25th around 3pm to get a new cable box. The gentlemen in the Midwest City, OK store were really wonderful. They were professional, polite, nice, courteous & just overall great. Keep up the great work 👍 Thank you Josie M Thank you guys
