  Brayden and Robert need a customer service class. When I walked through the door, neither of them bothered to greet me. I also didn’t know I had to sign in. A customer after me told me I needed to sign in AND showed me how to do it. Let’s not forget this customer was greeted when he walked through the door. Guess I didn’t fit the characteristics to be greeted. For 15 minutes, I listened to Brayden have a personal conversation with a customer. Robert kept staring at me, but didn’t bother saying anything. These boys do not need to be in the front if they don’t know first level of customer service. Rather wait at the Dodge Street location at least they know how to make you feel welcomed.

  New commercial same old cox. If I could I’d leave a negative star review. First off the internet never got faster than 30 kps. Then 6 months in they started adding stuff to my plan. Even tho it was supposed to be a locked in price . Then at 8 months they added 60$ a month to my 50$ month plan!! Yea not paying that. Not to mention thier entire customer service department is an ai app and a flow chart of questions it will ask you. I would try anything besides cox if you’re new in town. ANYTHING. Mobile hot spot anything
