  I was greeted promptly by several friendly staff members. I only waited a couple of minutes until Cash was available to assist me. Cash was very helpful. He got me a new cable box to replace my malfunctioning unit, upgraded my service, and saved me money on my monthly bill all within a few minutes. The great service was much appreciated!

  The shore off Londo Street was excellent, but I sure wish the technicians would come out in the country and bury my cable along side of the road. I’m scared the snow plow will catch it this winter and demolish it. They need to bury the cable that is laid along the side of the road, very haphazardly. The men in the field. Need to do a better job at burying those cables.

  The employees at this site are pleasant, professional and demonstrate great customer service. They assisted me in replacing aprotective screen cover on my phone, they made it so easy!!

  The truth about cox internet. They’re the worst internet provider I ever come across. Their prices goes up all time until you bring it up to them, then they’ll lower it down and after awhile they’ll try to sneak that price back in. They offer unlimited plan but it actually not unlimited because once you reach over 1tb they’ll add fees. I called them about it and they just froze and didnt know how to respond. So since they’re so bad how do they keep their customers? They target new homes that recently being built and become their only internet provider. Since they spread their services quickly they’re able to get more customers since people don’t search for other providers because they know that’s their only option. After they got you into getting their plan, their services goes down once a month. Doesn’t have to be a storm or heavy rain. It could just be a sunny day and they just feel like taking it down or their technicians are always messing with the network without proper knowledge but it’s once a month. Hopefully someone higher up do something to fix it or quantum fiber and google fiber spread quickly.
