I trade in my iPhone for the new iPhone 17. We were told that our phone would arrive by Friday. We asked if somebody needed to be home when the shipping arrives and the sales guy said yes, somebody needed to be there. The phone never arrived , we called and they said it was in back order. We waited another week and nobody called or followed up. We decided to go and speak with the sales person and he said they never told us that the phone was going to arrive in a particular date. My husband spoke with the “supervisor” and he said he will just call us when they know something. Really bad costumer experience. They lied to us and they are insinuating that they never give us that information. Stay away from this store. Still waiting on my phone.

Initially I was intent on writing a seething one star review due to the experience I had in the store with an associate earlier in the week, I moved apartments and there was issues with my WiFi being transferred to my new home, I called cox support and was told that I just needed to go into a cox store with a recent bill to have my address verified and all would be well. Once I arrive to the store I am paired with a younger guy who is supposed to be able to help me , I explained everything that happened with the agent on the phone and let him know that I had a bill so he could verify my address , he stated that a bill wasn’t enough and that he needed to see my lease, this seemed like a strange request from a cox employee but i obliged. The kid who helped me was rude, inexperienced and unpleasant the ONLY reason I am giving a 5 star review is because of my experience with Todd Heckman today he was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Cox is extremely lucky to have an employee like Todd. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE AND PROMOTE HIM.

As we all know, taking care of things at this type of store can take time, money, and a lot of patience. However, upon arrival Thomas Barber was immediately friendly, caring and extremely helpful.
He went above and beyond to assist us and took the time to really look into what would be the best options for us, all while being jovial and personable. That kind of customer service isn’t seen nearly enough these days.
He made sure to save us money where it was possible all while working in a timely fashion and making sure our time was spent with quality care.
I sincerely hope Thomas is recognized for this review in his workplace and is given the appropriate credit/recognition. Please ask for Thomas at this location via in person or on the phone. You will be receiving excellent customer service!
