These bums sent me to collections saying I owe them for a month of internet but they can’t show any data usage for the month they’re trying to get from me. Have fun paying the debt collector for nothing! It’ll cost you more paying them than you’ll see from me.

Came in for a question about my bill, im an authorized user for my mom's account and I got no help at all any why the bill is high. Dude working there gave me a snarky attitude and walked away without telling me anything.

I have Cox mobile and purchased a phone elsewhere. When I went to cox mobile to switch service to my new phone they said that is was switched and all done. I find out today that my phone number and service to it no longer exist... and the even worse they said that there is nothing they can do to fix it .... mu number is just gone.... completely terrible service .... I will be switching to ANY other servi except COX MOBILE

The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5... there is ALWAYS a wait. There can be a wait list 6 people deep, with two already at the counters, and they only have 2 staff out front.
I understand staff needs a nreak/lunch. Shoot, I need a break from the public! But dang!
Staff is ALWAYS kind, prompt, respectful, smiling, and knowledgeable!
