  It's been over a year but I called this Cox location when we bought our house to get Internet set up. Everything from that initial contact until now has been great. Very affordable too- we only pay $50/month. I work from home and we also often have 4 devices streaming or gaming on Wi-Fi simultaneously. We live near Hiwasse and hardly ever experience outages. Many are complaining about outages but maybe escaping the city dwellers is the key to fabulous WiFi signal 🤔. Thanks, Cox!

  If I could give Cox Communications zero stars, I would. The service is unreliable, constantly dropping at the worst possible times, and the speeds rarely match what I’m paying for. Every time I contact customer service, I’m met with long wait times, scripted responses, and no real solutions. They’ve raised prices multiple times without improving quality, and the outages are frequent enough to make working from home nearly impossible ( 5 of last 7 days). On top of that, they try to push unnecessary “upgrades” instead of fixing the problems I’m already dealing with. Cox seems more interested in collecting payments than delivering dependable service. Save yourself the headache — look for another provider if you have the option.
