if i could leave no stars I WOULD. this place is AWFUL, every person working here is rude and doing the bare minimum. my sister and i have been waiting OVER 30min, already signed in AND THEY TOOK 2 people head of us…when seeing we’ve been here BEFORE THOSE PEOPLE! All these people are jerks : Kris, Matthew, Renee, Trey ALL OF THEM! Even this old man customer came in and Kris goes “you have to sign in on the ipad” and not even helping him/direct him to the ipad. I HAD TO HELP HIM. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE COX IS AWFUL

Had the worst customer service experience I've ever had at a cox store. The older man at the front desk screamed at me that I needed to sign in to drop off equipment. There was an employee at the back who was available, also I have NEVER needed to sign in to drop off equipment. The older man at the front needs to be re-trained on customer service because screaming at customers is not okay.

Full of incompetent people. States two business days to get service because someone couldn't pay their bill before I took over the lease of the unit. Also didn't start the process of verification that I'm the decision maker of the property as advised on the phone that they should have started. I'm not sure why simply doing your job and doing it well is so difficult.
