    If you can get another Internet provider, do it. I've never had an Internet go down more than Cox, and if you check online it'll say it's good, even though clearly it says I have no Internet.

    Really bad, i've been Cox Customer service for about 30 years, i canceled my internet service months ago, went to the store in Santee, i asked the customer service couple time to make sure i don't get another bill, he absolutely no, moved to another state and then i just got a surprise bill, for 30 dlls, i immediately contacted Customer service, it took way too long for the person to find my information and figure out what was going on, then, she said i had to pay the Bill no matter what. i feel very disappointed with their service and Billing.
