- CCCaesarJul 2, 20251.0Really bad, i've been Cox Customer service for about 30 years, i canceled my internet service months ago, went to the store in Santee, i asked the customer service couple time to make sure i don't get another bill, he absolutely no, moved to another state and then i just got a surprise bill, for 30 dlls, i immediately contacted Customer service, it took way too long for the person to find my information and figure out what was going on, then, she said i had to pay the Bill no matter what. i feel very disappointed with their service and Billing.
