  The service was terrific! When I first walked in, there was a list where you write your name on, and every chair was full, so I assumed it would take over an hour. I was wrong. I didn't look at the time, but it wasn't over an hour that I was there. I wish I had gotten the man's name that helped us bc he was friendly, helpful, and could answer every question. I didn't feel rushed, either. I was setting up a new internet account and chose to do self-installation. It was straightforward. I was and am very happy!

  Be more courteous and follow with explaining what proceeds and cancellation of service. Also very important remember to wear your name tag and don’t forget to clock back in from your lunch! 🤦‍♂️
