- BHBecky Hudson4 days ago1.0Drove all the way over to the cox store and they could not help me regarding my billing issue that I am fighting, after I had already spent an hour on the phone and got no results on my issue with my cox bill!
- KPKevin Patterson5 days ago1.0The person was not attentive and yawned several times as I explained out problem and what we were trying to upgrade to. Not professional at all. The router he gave us, did not work with the plan we had, thus took over 3 hours to set up, including over an out with customer service and tech support. Thier advertisement is misleading since its not unlimited data on your wifi, they charge a huge fee if you go over thier small download limits. BEWARE... Sadly we don't live in the areas with the new Google high speed service is being installed. Cox is not customer friendly and they seem to try to confuse and take advantage of the customers, especially the elderly!!!
