The clerk was polite and she provided my close out account payment and I paid it at that time . Now I’m receiving emails from cox to pay my bill due on September 2. The bill amount is 1 cent. How ridiculous and pathetic to generate a “payment due” of 1 cent when I went there in person to close my account and paid the balance off that the employee provided and the discrepancy of 1 cent is an issue technically caused by their miscalculation.
