    OK if you’re a fan of I Love Lucy you need to visit this store and talk to Walter. He sounds just like Ricky and it turns out he even named his daughter Lucy and had no idea of the show or even what it was about. The experience was awesome, service was great and so far I’m pleased with both Internet and television but honestly I’m looking forward to any problem just to go back and visit with Walter!!!!

    I have always known and used cox. It's what my parents had and I've had as adult in Tulsa. Though, since I moved out here to Owasso. I have not been happy with Cox and their performance. Every day there is service interruptions. The price we pay and all the time we have no service. It's getting really old.

    Canceled after five years of $110.00 a month internet service. Representative AG couldn't say why I was being charged $47.66 other than I used internet for twelve days. Account inactive unable to see actual usage.

    This is for Cox Communications of Tulsa, and not this particular store. I'm sure you all are fine people there. We just moved from OKC to Tulsa. We had AT&T fiber, which we really liked due to it's consistency. I can't believe that in over a decade, that Cox's hardware is still so finicky. We're paying the $110/month for the gig, but mostly don't get over 200mbps. Our speeds never got below 500mbps, up and down with AT&T fiber (sadly, not available at our new Tulsa location). Our upload speeds are really not good either, which, if it's true fiber, the upload should be the same as the download, right? Hmmm... Yes, I can send of copy of this to your help email, but, I wanted others who feel similarly to get the chance to read it too. Cox has always been the king of internet providers of Tulsa, right? SO why should they care about providing the best experience to their customers? I get it... it's just really frustrating how some things don't seem to change. We're living in the AI age... shouldn't your wi-fi routers have better firmware at this point? Any feedback you can provide me would be appreciated (like, maybe more than the copy/paste response?).
