Very disappointed with the cox store. I returned my mother’s equipment and cancelled video service. I was told the bill would be adjusted. She received an incorrect bill. When I called I was told the store would handle it since they made the mistake. When I went to the store they told me I had to call billing and there was nothing they could do. I finally got it straightened out with their billing department over the phone. The people at the store don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. I would advise people look at other service providers.
Cox is the worst. Every time I pay my bill my internet seems to stop working. I've been keeping track after the 3rd time it's happened.

My mother died. I called Cox to cancel her service and was toldto bring her equipment to the Cox store in Manchester. The dude at the counter told me he didn't think I should have returned the router as, "it should have stayed where she was." Sir, I called Cox, was told to bring this in as my mother had her own apartment. who did the router need to stay for?! Not well trained. It took 20 minutes to return her equipment. So glad I do not live in Cox territory!
