It's literally right out of the box and they want to charge me more money and 100 dollars when their equipment never worked. Even had the nerve to pitch me services while on the service call. Now waiting for 2 days for someone to maybe show up... *follow up* the "professional" technician came out and spewed his thoughts on Presidents and his JFK assassination theories unprompted. They will not remove these bs charges and my bill keeps going up. Stay away
