  My issue is not resolved Long wait on hold Reps at the store are useless I returned my equipment ..and it’s apparently rocket science to fix my account ! I am NOT happy I work from My home and a disruption of service due to human error is not acceptable . I want corporate to call me

  The absolute worse. Took my equipment into the store as I switched providers and they REFUSED to accept it as I wasn’t an authorized user on the account. It’s in my husbands name which was funny because I’m the one who set it up. When I set up COX in my husbands name we did a 3 way call to have him authorize it. Wasn’t a problem then to help out when I was setting up his (our) account. Then when I had him call to cancel our account OFFICIALLY they wouldn’t do it over the phone. Then out of nowhere COX put through a check unauthorized by us for a payment. I will never ever use them again. Just as bad as X FINITY.. choose someone else if you can!!!

  I was having to cancel my account with Cox due to moving. The process was easy and quick and answered all questions I had as well as being so pleasant I will be a return customer if and when I need Cox services in the future.

  Kudos to Veronica!!! Girl is always on top of her game there! Customer service is outstanding! I know she's been there a while because I've had the pleasure of working with her a few years ago! She's quick and even though I discontinued the cable portion of my Cox service she lliterally gave me some options to consider coming back... She's a gem and the store was clean and safe... Thank you!
