Yolanda and Jay was the most professional and helpful customer service representative that I’ve encountered in a long time. People don’t value that anymore and I appreciate that they do! Cox gave me a really stressful experience as a new mobile customer. Although I was in there for three hours( no fault to them it was Cox fault ) they did everything they could to assist me. Thank you. I would never call in or utilize cox online system EVER. But I will visit the store when they are there. They get a five star not Cox !

At least two times per week the Internet shuts down at night. I watch TV at night because I work all day. Two times a week is a lot and then it comes on whenever in the morning because I usually just end up watching on my cell phone. They really need to get this together. You go on the app and they say oh we’re working on it to get it together in your area, they do let you know that it’s off in the area, but this is really bad service. Two times a week and they don’t even provide you with a discount when they know they’ve messed up your service two times a week.
