Be careful with Cox Internet. I was new to the area. They sold me a camera for $200 that I cannot use anywhere else except with their Internet service. I canceled my service. I turned in my equipment and I’ve been getting the runaround and they are still trying to bill me for another whole month and sent me to collections. I have never in my life been met with such horrible customer service. If I had used their service, I would’ve paid for it. I did not use their service. I am not paying that money. 10 out of 10 I do not recommend

Be careful of Cox Communications in general. Signed a contract to get a better deal on my internet service. None of the Cox people I was speaking to bothered to tell me the plan automatically renewed every year. Only when I call to cancel my service do they tell me the notice was in the paper contract they sent me. On page 2 in small print!!!. Now I am stuck paying two internet providers for seven months. I feel like this was underhanded and thievery. It is funny how no one mentions this when they want you to purchase their service.

Stopped by the Cox store today because our puppy chewed through our modem power cord. John was awesome! He greeted us with a big smile, even held the door for us. Super kind and easy to talk to no pushy sales pitch at all.
He mentioned a couple of ways we could save money by bundling, but wasn’t aggressive about it, which we really appreciated. Honestly, Cox is lucky to have him. Whatever they’re paying this guy, it’s not enough John’s a rockstar!

I want to thank Sasha, Noah and Jon for their assistance with getting our transfer from AT&T to Cox. It was a struggle at first due to my Samsung not being able to unlock but Sasha and Noah found a work around. I was still not happy that I had to buy the same phone because of that but they gave me a 700$ trade-in on a thousand dollar phone which helped us out. I am not sure what else to say about these guys..we were treated with the upmost respect and my wife and I felt that we were their number one priority. For me they went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and I couldn't be happier. I will never change carriers again because of those folks who work there. Not keep beating a dead horse but many thank you's for helping us succeed and working like a dog to make this happen.
