    Horrible. Got a credit last month & it was added into this month's bill. No credit for the numerous outages I have. Told me I'd have to buy a data add on to get the credit. I'm on the phone with customer service now. 1 hour & 7 minutes on hold. Everything about cox is unacceptable. Looking for new internet service.

    I wasn't having any luck speaking with customer care so I went into the office on 200 and was treated with respect ,kindness and problem resolved Thank you so much.

    Good luck trying to cancel your account. First, I was told I was not on the account and could not cancel. Went through the process to be placed on the account. Finally got through on the phone and was told account was cancelled. Received another bill and called in to be told, I still could not cancel account for outstanding bill for a service that has not been active for over a year. Next call to the Better Business Bureau.
