AT&T gave me 1gig fiber for $55 when Cox for several years had been giving me 500mgbps for $59 cable for years. Plus yeah cox fiber is off the pole. Yeah no thank.

Literally the worst wifi iv ever had in my entire life. As soon as my lease is up and I move, I am making sure to use ANY other service in my new house because my network is out on average 4 times a week 😠

Horrible Customer Service.
Very unprofessional and can't even provide internet as an internet provider without it going off.
Not a single day out of the entire past year I been using them has my internet not gone on and off abruptly.

Cox is the most pathetic and unstable wifi network you could choose, if you have ANY other options in your area I can promise you it's better than them.
FAR too unstable, no matter what plan you get, customer service is saddening, and if you have a problem they will just sweep it under the rug or feed you typical scripts, don't waste your time or money.

Horrible customer service. We cancelled internet service with Cox in December 2023, Today we received notice of a service call scheduled for tomorrow. Since we don't have any service with Cox, I tried text, chat, and phone calls to get to the bottom of why we got a service call notice. I was able to learn Cox shows we have cable service with them, but that is not correct. Cable service was provided through the condo association, never through us. We no longer own the property
After over 25 minutes on the phone with two different people, I was disconnected after being told I was being transferred again. Still haven't learned why they think I have an active account. My greatest concern is why they have my personal information associated with activity that I did not request. Next step will probably be contact with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations..
