  Cox has some of the most unprofessional employees I’ve ever dealt with. Every conversation feels fake and forced, like they’re reading off a script and couldn’t care less about helping you. They act friendly, but it’s all just for show — zero real effort or honesty behind it. Addictive attitude problems, constant runaround, and no accountability. It’s honestly exhausting trying to get anything resolved with these people. If there were an option for zero stars, I’d use it. Avoid if you value your sanity.

  Cox Cable has been one of the most frustrating service providers I have ever dealt with. The prices are extremely high for what you actually get, and the customer service is consistently unhelpful. Every time I have reached out for support, I have been transferred around or given the runaround without any real solution. For the amount they charge, you would expect reliable service and at least a basic level of customer care, but that has not been the case. I would not recommend Cox to anyone looking for dependable service or fair pricing.

  Its a cable TV and cellphone store They offer friendly service sell, sell, sell. Plenty of seating, clean floors, a kiosk to suck up your 💰 💸 cash, and they sell, sell, sell,. So sign in at the door, at the sign in kiosk, have a seat, when its your turn, have you credit card ready, you are going to need it.
