  Cant give negative stars these guys nickle and dime you for everything. They want you to purchase some extra service or you will be getting charged for tech service. If Allo ever comes to my neighborhood im switching so fast.

  Horrible service. Thank God allo is coming. Been stuck with these clowns for ten years. Now that a new provider is here they want to try to upgrade services and reduce prices. Too little too late. Not to mention they keep calling to tell me I can lower my bill and get faster speeds. I guess I'll report them to the ftc and fcc. Good thing I have photos of visual voicemails showing they keep trying to sell me and of messages where I've told them stop contacting me. Love when companies pay 25k fines for stupidity.

  They will increase your price out of nowhere, give you run around with "live chat" or through the phone. This is even with renting your own equipment. They have inconsistent verification methods, no doubt each rep does whatever they like, and request from you whatever information they like before stonewalling you and not providing you assistance.

  I can’t wait for Allo to hit my neighborhood 1. COX limits data usage each month whereas Allo does not 2. Cox runs on Coax cable and Allo runs on fiber which boast better latency and upload/download times. 3. Allo is cheaper for the same plans 4. This particular store tried to charge me $70 more a month for 1-gig internet, right up until I turned my phone around and showed them on their own site that it was cheaper with my address plugged in. They were just expecting me to sign without doing any research and accept the price. 5. Cox made a mess of installation, just found a spot on the wall and drilled a hole right through the side of my brick house. Then they didn’t even install a box for the cable in the drywall, just screwed a cover plate right to the wall. They refused to use any coexisting coax lines and said it had to be their own. 6. The only reason I have COX is because there is no other option outside of cellular providers, but I’ve had them before and they will raise prices without telling you, and charge you more for hitting there data limits. How do you avoid data limits? Pay them an additional $50 a month for unlimited. 7. COX limits upload speeds whereas Allo does not. For Allo, your uploads match your downloads. Cox may give you 1000mbps download, but only 30mbps upload. Yeah, once Allo hits my neighborhood, I’m cutting all the COX lines out of my home. Allo is laying new fiber lines in Sierra Vista right now as I type this, and they already have my business once complete.

  I should really give them 0 ⭐ because they make promises that they never keep their customer service just loops you around and never fixes anything I can't wait to not live in an area where Cox has a monopoly cause they're services is constantly lagging every single hour
