  I was lucky today as Mr. Angel Cummings at Cox Communications took care of my many mistakes with my cell phone and he is cool, calm, and very intelligent. Many thanks to him and Cox Mgmt. For having his caliber of employee~!!!

  This Internet is trash. I don't use the other products but I purchased the medium speed plan however there is an outage at least once a day with constant choppy connection. Shame spectrum is not offered in this area. I will be switching as soon as I find another Internet provider.

  Amazing experience so far! They bent over backwards to install our service several weeks early due to a horrific experience with our last provider. For the same price our service is faster, more reliable and reaches every end of the house. The equipment is better in every way. 5+ stars for John the installer. He went above and beyond. John not just installed the service he went to the trouble of finding and using the hardwired phone cables so that he didn’t have to install a long unsightly cable on the outside and drill through the house. He found the most efficient signal with the highest speeds possible. This took him a significantly longer time. He stayed until 7:30 pm even though he had a 3+ hour drive home. Thank you John. You have made the switch to Cox worth the $300 we had to pay our last provider to pay out their contract (they used a legal threat if we didn’t).

  Cant give negative stars these guys nickle and dime you for everything. They want you to purchase some extra service or you will be getting charged for tech service. If Allo ever comes to my neighborhood im switching so fast.
