    Worst internet service ever. Slow all the time, completely quits working for multiple days at least once a month. If you have any other providers in your area use them. Try Kinetic.

    This service is awful and glitchy. I’ve had to get an apple forced update linked to my Wi-Fi issues regularly.. This Wi-Fi is not safe and it is not quality.. They do not offer a good enough package where you get an ample amount of data. Data is the number one reason why we have a gab in information & knowledge. their customer service is awful. I do not recommend.! Bring on AT&T

    Dead zones all over my own house, dropped calls, costly bills. Really not worth what I'm paying but I have to have something. 🤷‍♀️ Yeah, I'm not a fan. I gave up paying cable because it was ridiculously expensive and just going up. Now I just stream.

    I had a minor issue and needed the assistance of this location to remedy it. I was greeted the moment I entered and assisted right away with courtesy and efficiency. It took a bit of time and was thanked for my patience. I am absolutely impressed and grateful. Highly recommend Cox services and outstanding customer service.
