So I walk in today at about 3pm and am instructed by the man at the help desk closest to the door to register with the computer. Having been thru this in the past, and knowing that a remote-control exchange doesn’t require registering, I said to him, "I'm just exchanging this remote control." He replied with, "Okay, I'll be with you in a minute."
Ten minutes later, while he continued to help two other people, I stood there with my thumb up my.... orange juice. There were 3 other representatives there, so when one of them finished with their customer, I walked over and asked for the exchange. She took my remote, turned around, opened a drawer directly behind her that contained at least 25 ready remotes, pulled out a new one and handed it to me. Problem solved.
I don't know what was in the initial customer representative's... orange juice this morning, but if I were Cox, I'd fire him immediately. My wasted time was clearly deliberate for no reason, and it's unacceptable for a customer service rep to grind an axe without explanation.

Jennifer a store associate denied me the ability to get a new router a service that they offer even though I had authorization from the account owner prior to coming to the store and confirming that they would be able to do the transaction via phone call. Very Disappointing from this Company as I have had good service and satisfaction from other locations.

Our sales associate was Gerardo and he was fantastic! His customer service is 10/10. He’s super nice, he was very detailed and explained all the current bundles and answered any questions of concerns we had. We were very pleased with our services today.
