  This company sucks The modem didn’t work and when I got someone to come and try to set it up, he couldn’t do it so I canceled the next day and they’re still trying to charge me money that never worked

  We've had a wonderful experience at this Cox store mostly because we've had Olivia helping us! We're happy for her promotion to the Council Bluffs store, but we'll sure miss her here!!! She made our transition from our apt to our home seamless!!!

  Worst store I have ever had to deal with! Came on a weekday morning around 10:30 a.m., to make my cash payment for my internet bill. Was told there would be an hour and a half wait before they can see me to have my payment made to them. I cannot believe that they do not have enough staff to be able to handle the amount of customers and the traffic that comes through that store making people wait an hour and a half to make a simple payment. Do not support Cox!

  Marco at this store was the best Cox employee I have ever interacted with! Miscommunication at other stores was strong and lasting but Marco helped us and figured everything out right away. Thanks Marco!
