I've been a Cox cable customer for many years and I'm telling you it's the worst service you can have. I've literally been out of service for 24 hours and they don't care. I am actually going to change my service here soon because this is ridiculous.

Ignore Cox's expressions of wanting to help resolve this mess of their own making! I have tried IN THE LOCAL COX OFFICE to get them to drop the ridiculous $75 charge for 'service'. Their own posted statements detail no charges for service calls needed because of failure of their equipment or connections. Yet their visit to my home was prompted by failure of their DVR box to connect to Cox service...this AFTER giving me the WRONG COX DVR TO REPLACE IT. AND FAILURE TO TECH FIX ON LINE. THEY GAVE ME NO NEW EQUIPMENT OR PARTS, JUST A TECH MAKING A PHONE CALL TO NATIONAL TECH HQ. COX HAS Extremely horrible, Awful terrible, Completely no good service!! Cannot get anyone to answer, text, chat, return calls, etc re a total connection failure on their end. This is an uncaring and incompetent group masquerading as a cable company and getting rich in the process. THEY Don't HAVE ENOUGH COMPETITION! One last: the 'manager' at the local Cox business office is patronizing, imperious, indifferent. I am looking at all possible replacement options...you might want to do the same.

If there was award for worst customer Service in the USA Cox would surely get it!! Their store was to be open all day on Wednesday November 25th 2020 according to the CLERK i spoke to at the store on Tuesday. When I arrived on Wednesday the store was closed, the sign on the window said open till 5 PM Wednesday November 25th 2020!! However they were closed!!!!!!
Now this was after calling three times to Cox help line and being hung up on once. I ask to have the phone canceled, The internet canceled and the TV service put on vacation hold!
The CLERK said they could only take one order at a time?? Are you kidding me. So I canceled the Telephone and returned to cancel the Internet. However they were closed???
THIS KIND POOR SERVICE IS TYPICAL OF COX CABLE.
FUNNY IF THEY WERE NOT THE ONLY GAME IN TOWN THIS! WOULD NOT HAPPEN!
