The thing that pushed me over the edge was them forgetting to inform me that I would have to pay for every day. I didn't bring my modem in after I was done with their services. You should be transparent with how much your services cost!

I work from home and it has impact in my job. They don’t compensate you for any of your loss, wages or anything. This is the worst service ever! I’m done and will never use Cox again for anything.
