- CCCain Cook6 days ago4.0Wonder customer service from the associates the manager “jack” is a bit cold. Jose, the main associate I was helped by, was wonderful he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Coming to the store on a busier day resulted in some subpar service but over all friendly service and good atmosphere made for a good experience.

Cox told me I would have to pay a $100 fee to get a technician out here to fix it. Such an incompetent company to deal with.
