    I got great service here, even though it was lunchtime. My issue was with getting my fire tablet capable of watching live tv, so not your normal issue. Kinsey was kind, patient, and efficient.I appreciate her help immensely.

    I moved into a brand new rental house early 2025. Upon move in, cox internet equipment was already there, ready to use, so use it I did. Upon move out, when my lease expired, a meer 6 months later, because the equipment existed at the house when I moved in, I left it there when I moved out. I simply disconnected the service as I wouldnt need it anymore and the area I moved to doesnt have cox anyway so taking equipment with me made no sense whatsoever. So I left the equipment where and how I found it. Cox is now charging me $250.00 for unreturned equipment. This isnt even my equipment to return! That charge belongs to the property management.

    I have yet to go 30 days without an internet disruption. At least 1-3 times a month I loose service for an entire day. It’s ridiculous what they charge people. Their systems are setup to make getting ahold of anyone an absolute nightmare.

    I would give her more stars if I could, Luz C the manager deserves 100000000 stars !!! She helped us a lot, she help us to pay my bill cuz i don’t have the right amount and she help us with a new wifi box etc she was very kind, it's hard to find people who are kind and help people like her, I hadn't seen her before I think she's new. Very good Cox more employees like her we need!
