- JFJR FortenberryOct 17, 20252.0Just switched to Wyyerd 1gb internet service here in Waddle and my bill is less than 1/2 of what my 1gb internet service was with Cox and their customer service after the sale is impressive to say the least. Better service and fiber straight into the house is way better than Cox.
- JRJoe ReynenOct 14, 20251.0The store is good. The customer service is a BIG ZERO. Need to put my internet and tv on vacation mode. Not a problem on September 19. I get my bill $217 which I called on for 75 minutes then they cut me off after transferring my call. The next day on chat for 1 hour and 55 minutes. Received no satisfaction and can’t tell me what i did wrong. They told me they put my account on hold until I get back to call them and will turn it all back on. Nope please pay now. Terrible but guess they can operate like that and get away with it. I’d suggest to look at other options. I see your response and I did send an e-mail you provided. It is an invalid e-mail address. I am batting 0-3...

Four days of calling, usIng online support etc, they finally had a tech come out, he replaced the cable they drilled through the wall of the house (nice.) Worked for a week! (Not great, but it works. Think DSL era internet.) Stopped working again, Back to cant get anyone on the phone and the classic "turn it off and on again" from their AI Tech support. If you need internet to run your company. Dont walk away from COX, RUN!
