  Went in to verify cancellation of services & return equipment. Had poor online experience. The gals in the store were super nice & helpful. Very impressed.

  Was getting charged for 5 G and only was getting 2 g.I was supposed to be getting their highest speed and wasn't.

  Great service! I recently moved to Winfield and needed Internet service. So I went to Cox in Ark City and was so pleased to immediately get a modem and had no trouble installing it with WiFi on my own. Thanks Amanda for your assistance!

  We called to cancel our service because of pricing. We wanted our service canceled the next day not the day of the call. 08/07/2025 but they turned it off anyways. At 4:30pm 08/07/2025 we called explaining that we didn’t want it off today but tomorrow like we had previously said and they just hung up. Went to call again and yet again they hung up on us. No wonder why people are leaving this unprofessional company. I’m so glad we are switching to IDEATEK!!!

  I've had cox for 8 years and have had nothing but problems. From outages to slow service and when I call to talk to someone you either get someone you can't understand and/or rude people who act like they can't help you. I finally called The local store thinking they would be better and upon talking to Justin the store manager I got condescension and no more help than if I talk to someone on line. After today I will no longer use cox communications ever again!
