- ASAlton Steel6 days ago1.0I pay for 1 gig yet only get 200 speed :(. Don't matter what pc I use and it's there Modem. Had them out 9 times to fix, it's on there End and they wont admit it. Was great untill about 6 months ago then my speed just dropped to 200. Seems I will have to sue them, I do have proof tho I do speed test every day and record it......

Everybody in the valley needs to switch to Wyyerd Fiber and put Cox to bed. Worst customer service whether you call or in person.

I was in and out in less than a half hour. Quickest cox service I've had and I've been to many cox stores in Arizona and Colorado.

They've been the most reliable and the fastest option in the area, and I've tried them all. COX is definitely NOT the cheapest but we remained their customers for the speed and reliability. As of about two months ago we began to have frequent outages. The last two weeks these outages escalated to daily occurrence. Some days service goes out multiple times, which is truly unacceptable for a seasoned company such as COX. Calling support just gets us a confirmation that "we're aware and working on it". My wife and I work remotely and we have 3 high school / college kids. This morning I woke up for a business conference at 6am, internet is out again :( another day another outage. It certainly feels like it's time to move on and shop for a service provider that respects customer time and $.
