I wish I had paid more attention to the staff’s names tonight, but they were incredibly kind and helpful. I arrived 15 minutes before closing time (I had mistakenly gotten the closing time wrong and didn’t realize it) and the staff still went above and beyond to assist me with my issue.
The main woman who helped me had red hair and managed to connect my WiFi to my apartment within 20 minutes. I had been trying to resolve the issue of getting connected after a previous tenant didn’t end their service. I was actively trying to resolve this on the cox customer service line for 8 days.
I genuinely appreciate everyone’s willingness to help me so close to closing time. Thanks again!!

Ask about their bundle packs when you get internet and a cell phone. Much better service than CenturyLink much more reliable Wi-Fi.

I had WiFi issues for a couple of months and first went to the store for help, thinking my modem might be the problem. The employee didn’t even check the modem and instead told me the issue was my 250 Mbps plan, recommended for upgrade, which was an extra $20 per month. I upgraded, but the problem continued. So I went back to the store, and they gave me a new modem at no additional cost, but that also didn’t solve the issue.
I finally scheduled a technician to come to my home. He quickly discovered the real cause—damage to the wiring outside my wall. It was a mechanical issue that had nothing to do with my plan or modem. The technician was professional, honest, and solved the problem right away.
In my experience, the store focused on upselling rather than actually diagnosing the issue. If you’re having connection problems, I recommend skipping the store and scheduling a technician directly. They know what they’re doing and will save you time and money.
