The person who assisted me when I picked up the device skipped a step in the procedure and I ended up couldn’t activate my modem. The next day, I went in and got helped by Laurie. She was super helpful and quickly helped me look into what was going on with my wifi technical issue. Problem solved within 5 minutes!
