  Purchased a generator from them about 5 years ago. The initial setup was very complicated as we had solar panels but they figured it. Their service since then has been excellent. So friendly people on the line. Phone call is usually answered rather quickly. If you get a generator from them they over a service plan. A little expensive but I think it is worth it.

  Kool co is a great company. I did not wait long for an appointment and all of the employers are great. I highly recommend them. I just had the boiler maintained but the also install and maintain generators.

  Had Cox Electric come to my home today for a generator yearly service check. My technician Dan was awesome! Very professional and knowledgeable! So nice to see a service man who likes his job! Dan represented Cox Electric with 100% satisfaction! Thanks Dan appreciate you!!

  Dan was wonderful to meet and he was very helpful, explaining the annual maintenance structure for our Generac generator. We signed up for three years of service and are very happy that we called Cox Electric as our preferred vendor!
