- EVElias VazquezApr 25, 20191.0Well service started with them trying to figure out why they couldn't get me cable, the box never worked... that was fine I mostly watch Netflix. But then I had to go and I had PC orders to move I turn everything in. I made my last payments and I thought I was good. A month later a collection agency calls me saying that I owe Cox money. Turns out my payment was returned to navy federal(I had money in the account) for no reason. I wish ya'll better luck.
