  They guys at cow harbor did a great job repairing my Penn international 300 TRQ reel, it’s my baby and I was afraid to leave it with someone. They did a great job and it was super reasonably priced for the repair, cleaning and oiling. Would definitely use them again.

  Amazing shop and very professional staff, everytime I come in I get the best service hands down, I love my #60 boga and 7"van staal pliers I bought from them a few years back with custom grip done in shop, still going strong. I highly recommend giving them a visit, they'll point you in the right direction👍🏽

  I want to give my friends at Cow Harbor Bait and Tackle a shout out. I’ve been coming here most weekends with my young kids for equipment, bait, and advice. Phil and the team are amazing. Highly recommend!

  So I brought my reels in February to get serviced and relined. I went there because peaple say there a good shop they aren't close to me but hey whatever so when I got my VS 250(black) back I noticed it was all scratched up bad like deep scratches so hey shit happens maybe it was a accident but I look at the other VS 250 my brother brought in and same thing not to mention it cost me over 400 dollars for 2 reels and the other reel was a penn that just needed line and service no parts so I was disappointed to let them know or try to get a answer on what happened I called multiple times cause I don't like blasting peaple on line and I couldn't get the owner or manager always a issue left messages I don't want compensation I just wanted to let him know that this is how reels are leaving your shop so anyway won't be going back .
