I called to reinstate my insurance after being gone for the summer and Erica took care of me quickly, politely and effectively. She made some adjustments to my two car policies in a matter of minutes and followed up with an email of my new ID cards. Love working with this office as they are friendly and efficient. I’ve had State Farm for my home and auto for awhile, but when I switched my policies to Courtny’s office I talked with Monica and she recommended that I get a hospital income policy which I had never heard about. She said that based on my profession, it would be a good idea to have a policy that would cover my health insurance deductible and any other expenses for me if I ever got hurt or had to be admitted to the hospital and couldn’t work and I was shocked no one had ever told me about it before! It was really inexpensive and saved me some money on my other policies. Monica went above and beyond to make sure that I knew everything State Farm could offer and I really appreciated her help and knowledge.
