  I love living at courtney bend. The ponds are gorgeous here.The staff is super friendly and helpful too. Ive seen many improvements to this place in the last year. Keep up the good work.

  I have been a resident here for almost 3 years, the new management really changed this place around for the better. absolutely love the amenity center as well!

  Don't move here, they have BLACK MOLD ALL OVER THE APARTMENTS. ONE OF THE 1ST FLOOR UNITS LITERALLY HAD THE CEILING COLLAPSE BC OF MOLD AND WATER DAMAGE.

  Very disappointed I got a job offer to move to SC and these apartments communities are no help and I may have to turn down the job offer they have no voicemail the phone rings and rings and rings and then hangs up on you they don't answer the phone nor emails I spent like 3 weeks on my lunch break emailing and calling them to try to even see if I could qualify for a apartment then i drove all the way from Tampa to SC just to be able to see some apartments which the one lady there was nice enough to show me but then when I got home and was ask to send over further documentation to prove I have enough income to live there because I was $143 short a month to qualify it took another week calling and emailing until they tell me oh we don't even have any more apartments that you can apply for that will qualify for our special. I mean these apartment communities have way to much power over people's lives the credit and income criteria is not made by the leasing agents but it's ridiculous what they ask you for you have to almost give a kidney and your first born child just to get a apartment things in American shouldn't be this difficult that you have to keep paying for $70 to $100 non refundable application fees and I've seen places charging up to $250 admin fees there just ripping the everyday struggling person off and it needs to stop laws need to be passed this all these excess cleaning fees and admin fees are ridiculous and going into the owners pockets. People need to do better and treat people like they want to be treated.

  I’ve been a resident at Courtney Bend for 2 1/2 years. The first year of living here had its issues in regards to poor property management. That has all changed though since Holly and assistant manager Heather have taken over. They are making positive changes within the units and development. They are also there to address needs and concerns of the residents. I have personally dealt with both Heather and Holly and they are both the reason we decided to upgrade our apartment and renew our lease. They both have shown a genuine care and concern and that to me is more than a reason to stay! Kudos to the both of them for helping us make this place a home.
