  Why in gods name would you cut the root off a very old tree to install a fence without checking with the homeowner. The tree is over 80 years old. Now I’m having problems with my neighbors because of the incompetence of their workforce took it upon themself to do what they wanted. Not to mention they left my neighbor’s fence covered in concrete. Some areas where the posts are installed they is only a quarter filled with cement and the rest is filled with debris. I guess if they were short on materials it was too much for them to drive a mile up the road to Lowe’s to get more concrete. My fence is not secured or stable. We have reached out to have this fixed and it has yet to be fixed. No wonder why they are so adamant to pay with check instead of credit card. Once that check is cashed you have no way to get your money back.

  Returned a couple small hardware items but it was a relatively long process and paperwork. At first, the girl at the counter wanted to charge me 3% because a cc was used. Then I was told they would send a check. I questioned her about this and she went to get someone to help me. A lady in the back came out to take care of my return, thank God. At the end, I was satisfied but the whole ordeal makes me not want to comeback.

  BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COHNTY LINE FENCE. THEY WILL INSTALL A FEMCE WHEREVER THEY WANT. AND NOT WHERE THE HOME OWNER INSTRUCTS. THEY CURSE AT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND DONT USE ENOUGH CONCRETE IN THEIR INSTALLATION. they had told us they would come fix the problem as our fence is installed a foot a way from our property line. And now they are changing their tune and won’t do any anything. When we call them they hang up on us. If I could leave no stars I would. They cut the root of my tree and is killing my tree. They installed the fence wrong and now they refuse to fix it. Worst company ever.

  I place a special order From county line fence to repair my fence where a tree fell, they are discontinued and difficult to find.from Jeriht manufacturing Sue Gonzales from county line fence She helped me at all times to find and replace them. When I received them, she contacted me to find out if they were the right ones. A magnificent customer service from her, thank you very much.Sue!!
