    Customer service was terrible loading hay today. Employee loading hay we PURCHASED where my gloves were to load, accused us of trying to get extra hay when employee should be counting as they load, called us amateurs as we didn’t have “correct” straps. Very unprofessional. Will NEVER be back. Update!! Owner calls and cusses me out and proceeds to call me profane names! Very immature and unprofessional!
