After that I still relied on them for a tree removal in the fall, which went well, and they apologized for the issues over the summer promising this would not occur again. I have now contacted them in March for a second quote as the work did not get done last summer, they made an appointment which got rained out and have AGAIN not returned ONE of my phone calls in the past three weeks. The communication from this company is awful, if they wanted to turn down the job the least they could do is answer/return a call. I would expect more from a local company.
