  The work was done in 2023 but just finally getting around to writing a review. Countryside added a chimney linear for my water heater, filled some old penetrations from long removed stoves, added a chimney cap, and repointed the chimney above the roofline. I was amazed what they did for the price! Great craftsmanship, customer service, and flexibility. I would use them again in a heartbeat, but my chimney is good now for another 20 years! (I know the roof in the picture looks horrible - I replaced that the summer of 2023 also) In the year since the work was done I have zero complaints. Before the chimney cap, I would get starlings every year, and an occasional raccoon would try to invade. One of the best repairs we did!

  I really appreciate the hard work and quick responses that Denis and his crew provided to me. They worked very hard to correct major problems with my chimney. And they always were very honest and forthcoming about the solutions to the problems. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Be aware if you decide to have Countryside apply Chimney Saver to your chimney that the 10 year warranty is worthless. When the bricks begin to flake off he will claim it is due to damaged bricks before he applied the Chimney Saver. The second year after applying it to our chimney ($530) the bricks began to flake off. Dennis claimed there was damage when he applied the Chimney Saver. Refused to honor the warranty. Save your money.
