  I greatly discourage going here. We specifically asked not to preform anything before checking in with us to approve it and they agreed. The office didn't do this. Now they're expecting us to pay a few hundred extra than what we can spend. I feel like they took it upon themselves to do whatever little thing they could come up with thinking we'd roll with the punches and pay it. This feels very much like a bait and switch scheme. I'll take my business elsewhere.

  Got my kitties in to be spayed as quickly as possible. Staff was very kind and informative and, you feel comfortable taking them home after a procedure, because you receive aftercare instructions. I highly recommend them and the assistants, they seem to really care for the animals and the customer that is there worried about their animals. Great group on staff there. We will go back.
