When I called Country Rose to talk about my gift of flowers, she was argumentative and in fact hung up on me. They were delivered to an address several blocks from my address. Fortunately that person found me so I did receive them. Name of the sender was incorrect. The flowers were very pretty but not very professionally arranged. I would never order from this shop just because of their customer service.

My daughter ordered flowers for us for our 40th when it anniversary they arrived by DoorDash they were still chilled and absolutely beautiful today is Wednesday, July 23 and they look as good as the day they arrived. I changed the water and trim them every day and they are absolutely perfect. I am very impressed.!

Buyers Beware,
I communicated with this shop for weeks before sending out my arrangement thinking we had exact vision. I asked specifically for no roses since my mother hates them. The flowers arrived days earlier then they were supposed to with no water in the vase, and rubber banded together. I asked for colorful flowers but recieved an all pinks ROSE arrangement. The only thing that was the same as what I ordered was the vase. I had wrote in the message "I hope the flowers are just as stunning as you are" to my mother. Who received her least favorite flower. I felt it was insulting to her, and when I brought this to the attention of the staff I had ordered with, I got no response.

I am adjusting my review as the florist lived up to her customer satisfaction policy and sent a very lovely replacement for the flowers previously delivered. I appreciate the effort and working with me. The new picture is below. Thank you Laura for fixing the issue and providing a pretty and fresh replacement arrangement!
Based on follow up service I would try this florist again… second chances :) .
The arrangement was a poor representation of what I ordered. It was expensive but for the occasion I thought worth it for very special people in my life. What was deliver was a disappointment. If a florist can’t deliver what was ordered, they should ethically remove it from their offerings.
They also don’t answer the phone so you can discuss the order with them, their voicemail is full and they delivered it a day late.
