- MCMaria ChangJun 17, 20175.0So far , both my 4 year old daughter and I have been overall pleased with our experience at the school , as she has been here for 1.5 yrs now. I live 1/2 hr away so I could easily go to Safety Harbor or Palm Harbor Montessori, which are both much closer to me. But I don't because for the same cost ( which is not cheap) or less, you get so much more at this school. Here your child gets to experience the school barnyard, learn swimming during the summer and learn Chinese from a teacher actually from China ( once in Kindergarten). The worldly things she learns on a daily basis at her age never ceases to amaze me. The teachers are very attentive & caring and get back with you quickly if you have concerns . They don't allow SUGAR at the school at the school, which is rare to find. It helps reinforce healthier eating habits and well as not contributing to hyperactive / ADD kids. The other parents I've met in her class and 3-5 year old grade level all seem like decent caring individuals as well. And the times I've volunteered at lunch, there's a good energy between all the kids and teachers. I can't save enough compliments about this school for the short amount of time we have attended. We hope to continue here even through the middle school as they have so much to offer. Wish I got to go here when I was growing up....
